Ethics and Transparency underpins the values of Bahare Kabul Building Materials & Construction CO LTD, (BKBMC). Without it, a corporation has no moral compass. The Directors of BKBMC place strong emphasis on our employees and on corporate governance. BKBMC has a set of guidelines to promote effective senior management oversight with a common set of expectations. BKBMC has also adopted a code of conduct and ethics that is applicable to all directors, officers and employees of the company.

We believe that earning the trust of our clients by fulfilling our responsibilities and transparency is a key element of enhancing management quality and corporate value.

BKBMC policy requires Directors & Employees to observe high standards of business and personal ethics in the conduct of their duties and responsibilities. Directors and Employees must practice fair dealing, honesty and integrity in every aspect of dealing with other Company Employees, the public, the business community, customers, suppliers, competitors and government authorities. When acting on behalf of the Company, Directors and Employees shall not take unfair advantage through manipulation, concealment, abuse of privileged information, misrepresentation of material facts, or other unfair-dealing practices.

Company policy prohibits unlawful discrimination against Employees, Directors, customers or suppliers on account of race, color, age, sex, religion or national origin. All persons shall be treated with dignity and respect and they shall not be unreasonably interfered with in the conduct of their duties and responsibilities.

No Director or Employee should be misguided by any sense of loyalty to the Company or a desire for profitability that might cause him or her to disobey any applicable law or Company policy.
